Job summary

BizLink Group is seeking a Trainer Executive in Malaysia to design, coordinate, and execute comprehensive training programs within a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities

• Prepare training materials, manuals, qualification methods, and training subjects.
• Schedule and coordinate all training programs for the year.
• Coordinate and conduct training programs & training needs analysis.
• Review training policies, procedures, and practices; recommend improvements.
• Maintain training records, databases, and paperwork.
• Work with PICs to ensure workers are qualified for their responsibilities.
• Assist superior in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Overview Of The Position

The Trainer Executive is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing comprehensive training programs within a manufacturing environment. This role drives workforce competency by conducting training needs analyses, developing qualification methods, and collaborating with Persons in Charge (PICs) to ensure operational readiness. By maintaining accurate training records and continuously improving training policies, the executive plays a critical role in sustaining compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• To prepare training materials, manuals, qualification methods, and materials on all training subjects.
• To schedule and coordinate all training programs for the year.
• To coordinate and conduct the training programs & training needs analysis.
• Review training policies, procedures, and practices, and recommend improvements to management.
• To ensure good maintenance of all personnel training records, databases, and paperwork.
• To work with all PICs and ensure workers are qualified to do what they are responsible for.
• Assist the superior in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of training programs and other initiatives.
• To undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum degree holder or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of training experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Write and Speak English, Malay, and Chinese
• A candidate who knows Chinese will be an advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
