Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the Training Centre and training for staff, coordinating and organising public, in-house and external training programmes. Liaise with trainers, clients, participants and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of training programmes.
Plan, coordinate and deliver Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) training to employees
Conduct internal training sessions and ensure effective delivery and employee participation
Identify employees' training needs and ensure all required training is conducted according to the Annual Training Plan
Monitor employee training attendance, completion and competency requirements
Coordinate safety, health and environmental awareness programmed, toolbox talks and other relevant internal training
Manage training schedules, registration, attendance, materials, venue arrangements and certificates
Maintain accurate employee training records, evaluations and training history
Conduct post-training evaluations and monitor training effectiveness
Managed all the record for external training, sourcing the vendor and proposed to the management.
Liaise directly with customers for the training required and preparing all required documents.
Coordinate HRD Corp-related training arrangements and claims
Handling all documents related to the training.
Prepare training proposals, quotations, reports and other training-related documents
Safety background or OSH Coordinator Certificate (bonus)
Ability to ensure training activities comply with company policies, procedures, safety requirements and relevant regulatory requirements
