Job Description:

• 1. Operated and monitored kiln firing processes for formers
• 2. Controlled kiln temperature, firing cycles, and operating parameters to achieve optimal firing results
• 3. Performed manual washing and cleaning of formers to remove residues, contaminants, and surface defects before firing processes
• 4. Loaded and unloaded formers on cart
• 5. Performed manual sandblasting on formers to remove surface impurities, residues, and defects.
• 6. Performed touch-up work on formers after firing to repair minor defect
• 7. Do quality inspection of formers after firing to ensure no minor defect before send back to factory.
• 8. Pack the good formers with former plastic after firing.
