Job summary

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a capable coordinator to maintain smooth and efficient department operations within its glove manufacturing facility in Selangor. You will support dismantling from production lines, organize used formers, and ensure disposal aligns with company procedures.

The role requires a Mechanical degree, fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience, and strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills as you work with planners, engineers, and plant managers to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, arrange, and supervise former dismantling from production lines.
• Organize segregation, cleaning, and storage of used formers to maintain quality.
• Execute disposal of aging formers according to schedule and company procedures.
• Maintain and monitor the performance of former kilns and cleaning machines.
• Develop and implement procedures for post-cleaning processes of formers.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve former-related quality issues.
• Collaborate with Planner and Production Manager to address operational issues and align changes.
• Coordinate with Engineering Holder team to identify and implement improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and discuss improvement plans with Plant Manager.
• Plan departmental training, manage manpower allocation, and update performance dashboards while complying with ISO9001/13485/14000/GMP standards.
