Responsibilities

• Optimize WIP (Work in progress) management to maximize throughput and linearity.
• Allocate and deploy workforce effectively for optimum productivity.
• Engage specialists regularly to give feedback on performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify potential human error issues in the fab and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve line-related or maintenance issues and coordinate with Engineering to deploy temporary solutions.
• Ensure safety, discipline, housekeeping, EHSS compliance in the work area.
