Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or other engineering disciplines.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.
• Allocate and deploy workforce effectively for optimum productivity.
• Engage specialists regularly to give feedback on performance and identify improvement areas.
• Identify potential human error issues in the fab and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve line-related maintenance issues and understand equipment capacity constraints.
• Ensure EHSS compliance and proper documentation and data integrity.
