Responsibilities

• Review SPC/FDC charts and follow CAS/SOP modules.

• Provide accurate pass-down of line issues and lot disposition.
• Assist Engineers and participate in qualification and CIP projects.
• Coordinate with PE, EAE/EE, Technician, ME and other modules to meet SOP objectives.

Your role will span across existing and new Fabs, improving processes and thereby wafer yields, increasing manufacturing productivity that are key to achieving Fab excellence. **Your Job:*** Review & analyze SPC/FDC (statistical process control / fault detection classification) charts by following modules CAS/SOP (control action system / standard operating procedure).* Review setup data and release tool with proper SOP.* Troubleshoot process related issues.
