Job summary

Rakuten Trade in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Trading Platform Product Specialist to support continuous improvement of our trading services, platforms and customer experience. You will work closely with IT, Operations and Business teams to translate customer and business needs into practical solutions and help implement enhancements, with emphasis on iSPEED and trading tools.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in online trading, brokerage, fintech or digital products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support improvements to trading services and customer experience.
• Drive enhancements to iSPEED and other trading tools and features.
• Gather customer and business feedback and translate it into clear, practical requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations and Business teams to deliver platform and service improvements.
• Support testing, implementation and follow-up of system enhancements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify relevant improvement opportunities.
