Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing Retail Stockbroking strategies and channel initiatives across platforms.
• Support planning and improvement of front-end and middle-end trading platforms.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project delivery and issue resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including BRD, test plans, scripts and communication plans.
