Job summary

Hytech is seeking an IT/CFD support professional to ensure smooth operation of MT4/MT5 platforms and related infrastructure. You will maintain Bridges/Hubs and plugins, manage databases and networks, and troubleshoot system issues while coordinating with external partners.

Ideal candidates have IT education, willingness to work a 24-hour shift rotation, and proficiency in English and Mandarin to collaborate with global colleagues. Training is provided.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
Open to candidates from entry-level to senior-level positions.
IT support experience in the financial sector is a plus.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems and MySQL; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Willingness to work in a 24-hour shift rotation.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with global colleagues.

Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth operation of MT4/MT5 trading platforms and related systems (training provided).
Maintain the functionality of Bridges/Hubs, plugins, and external tools.
Assist in managing database systems, networking, and Windows operating systems.
Conduct system audits and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
Collaborate with external partners to resolve system-related problems.
