Job summary

Hytech, a fintech company in Kuala Lumpur, seeks an IT support professional to join its Risk Management team. You will help ensure smooth operation of MT4/MT5 platforms, maintain related components, and assist with database, networking, and Windows systems.

Open to entry to senior level; degree in IT required. English and Mandarin fluency essential. Willingness to work a 24-hour on-site shift rotation with training provided. Linux/Unix/Windows and MySQL/SQL knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Open to entry-level to senior-level candidates.
• IT support experience in financial sector is a plus.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix/Windows systems and MySQL; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
• Willing to work in a 24-hour shift rotation.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for global collaboration.

• Collaborate with external partners to resolve problems.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Positions are open from entry-level to senior-level.
• IT support experience in the financial sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows systems and MySQL; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a 24-hour shift rotation.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with global colleagues

Working Hours:

• During training: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
• 24x7 on-site shift rotation with competitive shift allowance (5 working days per week)
