Job summary

Hytech is a CFD trading technology company in Malaysia seeking an IT Support professional to ensure stable MT4/MT5 operations and maintain related components. The role includes database, networking, and Windows system tasks.

You'll conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with external partners. Open to entry to senior levels; English and Mandarin help in global teams; a 24-hour shift rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Entry to senior level considered.
• IT support experience in financial sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows and MySQL; SQL knowledge helpful.
• Willingness to work 24-hour shift rotation.
• English and Mandarin proficiency for global collaboration.

• Ensure the smooth operation of MT4/MT5 trading platforms and related systems (training will be provided).
• Maintain the functionality of additional components, including Bridges/Hubs, plugins, and external tools.
• Assist in managing database systems, networking, and Windows operating systems.
• Conduct system audits and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with external partners to resolve system-related problems.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Open to candidates from entry-level to senior-level positions.
• IT support experience in the financial sector is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems and MySQL; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a 24-hour shift rotation.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with global colleagues.
