BID Operations is seeking an analytical professional to support trading operations, risk management, and trading platform activities. You will collaborate with Dealing, Liquidity, Technology, and other teams to monitor risks and manage MT4/MT5 platforms and related tools, ensuring adherence to policies and controls.

The role requires strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot platform issues while coordinating with teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of trading operations, risk management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Dealing, Liquidity, Technology, and other teams to identify, assess, and manage operational and trading-related risks.
• Triage, prioritise, and coordinate tasks, cases, and operational requests raised by other teams, ensuring ownership, escalation, and timely resolution.
• Serve as a technical liaison for internal stakeholders, providing clear responses to complex trading, platform, and risk-related queries.
• Configure, monitor, and manage MT4/MT5, including platform settings, trading conditions, risk parameters, and operational controls.
• Manage and support trading platform plugins and related solutions (Copy Trading, MAM, Dynamic Margin).
• Investigate and troubleshoot platform, plugin, and trading configuration issues with technical/operational teams.
• Support operational projects to improve risk management frameworks, platform controls, workflows, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, automate processes, and support scalability.
