Binance is seeking a senior Program Manager to own the integrated TradFi roadmap across regions. You will manage milestones, cross-workstream dependencies, and executive reporting to steer the portfolio.

You will coordinate regulatory readiness, licensing, localization, and partner engagements, while maintaining launch criteria and post-launch reviews with product and engineering teams. A strong finance/fintech background is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
MBA, PMP, or CFA preferred.
Experience managing broker-dealer/exchange/fintech or large-scale financial-services programs.
Solid understanding of TradFi market structure and products.
Exceptional executive communication skills for synthesizing multi-workstream programs.

Responsabilités

Own the integrated program plan for the TradFi roadmap across regions.
Run the PMO operating cadence with weekly reviews and executive steering.
Drive market-expansion workstreams, regulatory readiness, and localization.
Own vendor and partner workstream for data and infrastructure providers.
Define launch-readiness criteria and coordinate phased rollouts and post-launch reviews.
