Job summary

Intellect Worldwide Sdn Bhd seeks an E-Commerce Portal & Operations Executive to manage our online service portals, support client inquiries, and handle daily admin workflows.

You will coordinate with the legal/filing team on trademark filings, monitor orders and payments, and create corporate social content using Canva while maintaining professional English and Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• 1–2 years in corporate service administration, customer service, or clerical work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Canva design ability for corporate social posts is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin for corporate docs with SMEs.
• High attention to detail with accuracy for legal names and dates.
• Strong phone and chat etiquette for B2B consulting.

Responsibilities

• Attend inbound client leads, messages, and consultation requests via portal, WhatsApp, email, and social channels.
• Monitor storefront and portal for new trademark orders, uploads, and payments.
• Guide clients through documentation checklists and pre-sales queries on packages and pricing.
• Coordinate between client, legal, and filing teams for timely updates.
• Publish educational updates across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu.
• Create corporate graphics and posts using Canva.
• Respond to public comments and route high-value leads to senior consultants.
• Assist in drafting and amending trademark applications and related documents.
• Conduct local and international trademark searches and liaise with overseas agents.
• Prepare search reports, classifications, and filing documents; track deadlines.
