Job summary

Wide Tropism Trading Sdn. Bhd. (Love Earth Organic) is seeking a commercially driven Trade Marketing Manager to lead activities across Modern Trade, Pharmacy, and General Trade in Malaysia.

You will collaborate with Sales and Key Account teams to drive sales growth, optimize in-store execution, and maximize ROI on trade investment while managing budgets and campaigns.

The role requires at least 5 years in FMCG trade marketing with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in FMCG Trade Marketing, Key Account or Commercial Marketing.
• Experience in Modern Trade and/or Pharmacy chains preferred.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and sales analysis.
• Hands-on, proactive, able to manage multiple projects independently.
