Talent Recruit represents a leading toy distributor in Subang Jaya, Selangor, seeking a Trade Marketing Senior Executive to drive marketing initiatives and retail campaigns. The role covers market analysis, plan development, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate brand presence.

The candidate will manage budgets, execute channel-specific strategies, and lead promotions with sales and partners. Strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing or related discipline.
• Min 2–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably FMCG.
• Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm).

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing customer insights and market trends to guide marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute Trade Marketing Plan and manage the budget.
• Improve brand presence through in-store planning and campaigns.
• Lead channel-specific marketing strategies for assigned retailers.
• Conceptualize trade promotions and in-store campaigns with marketing and sales teams.
• Lead activation programs with partners to boost visibility.
• Assist planning and execution of events and roadshows.

Company Background:

We are representing our client;a toy distributor company in Subang Jaya, Selangor. There are one of the leading toy distributor and retailer in Malaysia. As they are expanding, they are looking for Trade Marketing Senior Executive to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful marketing & communication strategies
• Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget
• Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
• Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers
• Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
• Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
• Assist with the planning and execution of events and roadshows

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degreein Business Studies/ Marketing or any related discipline
• Min 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing preferably in FMCG industry
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
• Working hours :Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
