Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Trade Finance Process Analyst to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and support customers. You will analyze complex processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement improvements that reduce risk and enhance service levels.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, cross-functional teamwork, and adherence to regulatory requirements within trade finance operations.

Qualifications

Degree in business/operations related field.
Proven record of process improvement and implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of clear communication.

Responsibilities

Perform transaction processing per procedures and standards; support productivity and service targets.
Drive operational performance by meeting SLAs, reducing costs, and mitigating risks.
Ensure compliance with trade finance rules, regulations, and processes.
Provide technical support to Relationship Managers on trade finance matters.
Analyze data to identify and recommend solutions to problems.
Coach and support team members; assist in member development.
Support quality management implementations and bank initiatives.
Maintain diligence on day-to-day AML/sanctions controls and screening.
