Job summary

Affin Pheim seeks a Relationship Manager to drive Trade Finance and FX growth for Commercial/ SME Banking clients in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage a portfolio, promote L/Cs, guarantees, and FX hedging solutions, and deepen wallet share with RMs.

The ideal candidate holds a degree and 3–5 years of sales management experience, with strong knowledge of Trade Finance, FX products, relationship management skills, and regulatory compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree holder with 3–5 years of sales management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange products.
• Experience in Commercial / SME Banking preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and ensure compliance.
• Familiarity with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Trade & FX business portfolio.
• Promote Trade Finance products including Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Trust Receipt, Shipping Guarantee, and Export products.
• Identify FX opportunities and provide treasury and hedging solutions to customers.
• Work closely with RMs to deepen customer relationships and increase wallet share.
• Conduct customer visits to understand business operations and financing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• Monitor revenue performance, utilization, and profitability of assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and customer servicing.
