Aufgaben

• Draft and prepare spatial layout plans, Local Center Plans (LCP), planning reports, formal correspondences, and comprehensive submission packages.
• Manage and monitor the full Development Order submission workflow across various local planning authorities.
• Coordinate land administration processes with relevant Land Offices under the National Land Code.
• Act as a key liaison in meetings with local authorities, clients, technical agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver high-level technical presentations for large-scale developments and masterplans.
• Conduct site visits, field evaluations, and regular visits to local authority offices, including occasional outstation travel.

Manage and monitor the full Development Order (Kebenaran Merancang) submission workflow across various local planning authorities

Coordinate land administration processes, including Serah Balik & Berimilik Semula (SBKS), Land Use Conversion (Tukar Syarat), and Amalgamation (Penyatuan Tanah) with relevant Land Offices under the National Land Code

Act as a key liaison in meetings with local authorities, clients, technical agencies, and community stakeholders

Prepare and deliver high-level technical presentations for large-scale developments and masterplans

Conduct site visits, field evaluations, and regular visits to local authority offices, including occasional outstation travel

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Town Planning

At least 1-year experience within the town planning field
