Job summary

EXO Travel Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is offering multiple internship opportunities to help you kickstart a career in travel and tourism within a leading travel agency. This program is open for college and university interns in 2027, providing hands-on experience in hospitality and destination management.

You will assist with day-to-day operations, support bookings and reservations, explore destination research, and participate in special projects while receiving mentorship and training

Qualifications

• Strong interest and passion for the travel and tourism industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm to take on new challenges and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the travel agency, including customer service, booking and reservation management, and itinerary planning.
• Conduct research on travel destinations, attractions, and upcoming events to enhance our product offerings.
• Support the team in their daily task.
• Participate in special projects and events organised by the company.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Operations Intern: Assist operations team in their day to day activities.
