Job summary

EU Holidays Pte Ltd, a travel agency based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a friendly travel consultant to handle inquiries, bookings, payments and travel documents. You will assist customers with tour packages, coordinate with sales and operations, and may lead overseas tours as required.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, with Cantonese a plus. We value service-minded professionals and offer incentives, commissions and opportunities for career progression within a team that values

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and service mindset.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and lead group tours.
• Customer service or travel experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via phone, email and in person, and assist with bookings.
• Book trips, process payments and travel documents accurately.
• Lead overseas tours as a tour manager when required.
• Provide accurate information on tour packages and services.
• Coordinate with sales and operation teams to support customers.
