Smart Paint Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, based in Perak, is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive retail and private project growth in Perak and nearby areas. The role focuses on closing deals, managing accounts, and promoting our product line at events.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel locally. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred, with Mandarin as a bonus.

Qualifications

• SPM level or higher education is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven B2B sales or key account management.
• Experience in Paint, Hardware, Building Materials, or Retail Distribution is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Manage key accounts and nurture strong client relationships.
• Represent the brand at regional events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Aim to meet monthly and annual sales targets and maximize incentives.
