Responsibilities

• Detect minor defects or wear on tools.
• Maintain effective communication with all levels, suppliers, and customers.
• Provide leadership and direction to resolve inter-departmental issues.
• Work long hours and adapt to high-pressure environments.

Job description

Position: Tooling Technician
Contract: 6 months under PERSOLKELLY Workforce Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia
Company background: Electronic Manufacturer
Basic salary: RM1900 - RM2,500 (based on experience)

OT: candidate may ask during interview session

Shift

8am-5.45pm (day)
8am-7pm (Friday Prayer)
Solat 12.30pm-2.30pm
8pm-5.45am (night)
Break 5.45-6.30 (am/pm)

If OT will start at 6.30-8 (am/pm)

Shift pattern

4 day shift, 2 off day, 4 night shift, 2 off day

Requirements

• Have working experience in tooling related field (Stamping / Downset)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings
• Creative thinking to find solutions to complex manufacturing problems
• Analytical skills to identify root causes of malfunctions
• Diploma or Certificate Program: Preferred, providing hands-on training in tooling technology, machining, or a related field.

There will be 2 level of interview. First will be the dept and second will be with the operation director.
