Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) seeks an IT support specialist to provide techno-functional support for Transport Management Systems, assisting regional teams with incidents, problems, and service requests.

You'll manage tickets within SLAs, support integrations, and collaborate across regions to improve transport platforms, with emphasis on SQL/Oracle databases, cloud SaaS, and EDI integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proficient in SQL/Oracle databases.
• Experience with EDI integration, e2open TMS, e2net and support for Transport Management Systems is a plus.

• Provide techno-functional support for Transport Management Systems (TMS), assisting country and regional teams in responding to incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs, coordinating closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support system integrations and troubleshoot issues related to transport and logistics applications.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth operations, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.
• Participate in system maintenance, enhancements, and support activities related to transport systems and connected platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proficiency in SQL/Oracle databases.
