Job summary

DXC Technology in Malaysia is seeking a Treasury Systems Specialist to serve as the primary contact for TMS users and to support cash management, payments, forecasting, and intercompany funding.

You will configure TMS modules, oversee bank connectivity, assist onboarding, and contribute to process improvements, system documentation, and training.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and payments processes.
• Familiarity with treasury instruments (FX, loans, investments) and related accounting.
• Experience in bank connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs) and ERP integration.
• Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and treasury reporting requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Treasury users on TMS-related matters.
• Support daily Treasury operations including cash positioning, payments, liquidity forecasting, intercompany funding, FX, investments, and debt management.

• Maintain and monitor integrations between the TMS and other corporate systems (ERP, bank portals, data warehouses).
• Support data validation, report generation, and dashboard customization for Treasury stakeholders.
• Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, and new release implementations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and internal control requirements related to system access, data integrity, and audit trails.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and production deployments.
