Job summary

Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Formerly Oppo Electronics Sdn Bhd) is seeking an E‑Commerce Operation Specialist (TikTok Shop) to manage day‑to‑day operations and drive commercial performance. You will track KPIs, optimize listings, and lead campaigns and product launches to maximize visibility and sales.

The role requires 3–5 years in e‑commerce, hands‑on TikTok Shop experience, and strong analytical and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in E‑Commerce, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant e‑commerce experience preferred; strong hands‑on experience may be considered with 2 years.
• Hands‑on experience managing TikTok Shop or other marketplace/social commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations and commercial performance of TikTok Shop.
• Track KPIs: GMV, traffic, conversion, product performance and campaign results.
• Manage product listings, assortment, merchandising and promotional strategies to maximise sales.
• Plan, execute and evaluate TikTok Shop campaigns, product launches and platform initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing and platform developments to support decisions.
• Affiliate and creator recruitment, engagement and relationship management to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing, GTM, Warehouse, Customer Service and other teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
