Job summary

A Media Bytes Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior/Ecommerce Executive to own the online marketplace performance, focusing on campaign planning, platform ads, sales strategy and execution for growth on TikTok Shop.

You will collaborate with management and internal teams to drive GMV, optimize product listings, merchandising and promotions, recruit and engage creators, and stay ahead of TikTok Shop policies and trends to maximize visibility and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant E-Commerce / TikTok Shop experience.
• Experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate/Creator Management and Ads preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; sensitive to figures.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TikTok Shop operations and commercial performance, including GMV, traffic, conversion and campaign results.
• Monitor sales data, product performance and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage product listings, assortment, merchandising, promotions and campaigns.
• Plan and optimise TikTok Shop Ads to drive traffic, visibility and sales.
• Manage inventory planning and stock availability.
• Manage and grow the TikTok Affiliate & Creator Programme, including recruitment, engagement and performance tracking.
• Build relationships with creators and affiliates to support campaigns and sales growth.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with TikTok KAMs and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign and operational execution.
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop policies, features and trends.
