HP in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an experienced FCI Technical Specialist to drive TIJ2.5M tooling deployment, equipment setup, qualification, and ramp readiness. You will lead hands-on installation, hardware integration, and process validation to ensure manufacturing readiness and stable operations during capacity ramp-up.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of related work experience, preferably in FCI equipment diagnosis, technical repair, blueprint reading, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Wamiliarity with maintenance planning and root-cause analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manages spare parts inventory, tools, certified test equipment, and service depot items for availability and organization.
• Oversees system installation, meticulous planning, progress reporting, and task execution with precision.
• Engages in troubleshooting to identify issues in non-operational equipment and implements modifications as directed by engineers.
• Performs facility inspections and documents findings affecting operations.
• Supports continuous improvement by learning from equipment failures and proposing enhancements.
• Coordinates departmental work, mentors technicians, and acts as escalation point for issues.
