Job summary

TF AMD Microelectronics (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to manage production line equipment on shift, exceed KPI targets, and support ramp-up for volume loading.

You will perform PM/CAL, provide technical solutions, and train operators to ensure 5S, quality, EHS, and disciplined operations. The role requires a Diploma in relevant engineering fields, basic English, and 1–5 years in equipment development or maintenance, with Mandarin as a bonus skill.

Qualifications

• Diploma with major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics.
• Basic English reading and writing ability; Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
• 1–5 years equipment development or equipment maintenance experience.
• Familiar with equipment operation and basic maintenance of production equipment.
• Good communication and learning/feedback ability.

Responsibilities

• Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet planned KPI goals.
• Execute exactly according to Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain equipment.
• Equipment ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.
• Perform PM / CAL of production equipment and tooling.
• Provide technical support to resolve equipment and hardware issues.
• Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance to operator and technician1.
• Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor and Equipment Manager.
