Texas Instruments Incorporated in Malaysia seeks an Equipment Engineer to drive MES-driven transformation of Turret, Tape & Reel lines. The 1-month orientation precedes a 1–2 year MES implementation project, after which you move into a production role to optimize uptime and automation in a high-volume setting.

You will lead MES rollout efforts, define equipment workflows, ensure data interlocks, validate integrations, and support continuous improvement of manufacturing performance on the shop

Formación

• Experience implementing MES in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of equipment-to-software interfaces.
• Experience with production floor deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead MES rollout as equipment engineering representative.
• Define workflows, setup recipes, and qualification criteria.
• Specify data needs and hardware-software interlocks.
• Validate integrations and drive UAT on the production floor.
• Transition to production to improve uptime and automation.
