Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 6–8 years of related experience preferred in FCI equipment diagnosis or technical repair.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical principles.
• Experience with preventative maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Manages spare parts inventory, tools, test equipment, and items related to the service depot, ensuring availability and organization.
• Oversees installation of systems, planning, reporting progress, and executing tasks with precision.
• Troubleshoots non-operational equipment and implements modifications as instructed by engineers.
• Performs facility inspections and documents findings affecting operations.
• Supports continuous improvement by analyzing breakdowns and proposing improvements.
• Ensures adherence to checklists and up-to-date procedures before starting work.
• Mentors technicians and coordinates departmental work, serving as escalation point.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and ensures business controls through review and analysis.
