We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist Assistant to join the ZUL Therapy team in Kuala Lumpur, Klang and Melaka. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our therapeutic practitioners and ensuring clients receive exceptional care and support throughout their treatment journey. As a Therapist Assistant, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of service delivery that define ZUL Therapy, whilst contributing to a welcoming and professional environment for all our clients.

What you'll be doing

Assisting qualified therapists during client sessions and treatments, ensuring smooth operational flow and client comfort

Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment

Greeting clients upon arrival, managing check-in procedures, and maintaining accurate client records and documentation

Supporting administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing client inquiries

Assisting with client care before, during and after therapeutic sessions, including positioning and providing comfort measures as directed by the therapist

Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards of conduct at all times

Contributing to a positive and supportive therapeutic environment through professional communication and interpersonal skills

Supporting the therapist team with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed

Assisting with clinic maintenance, cleanliness protocols and health and safety standards

What we're looking for

Aged 21-30

Minimum SKM or DKM Urut Terapeutik/ Bekam or Diploma in Marketing

Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness or therapeutic setting or marketing is advantageous

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and friendly demeanor

Physical capability to assist clients with positioning and support during treatments

Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new therapeutic approaches and practices
