Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in financial and accounting in an MNC is preferred.
• Experience in shared services or similar environment is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Process all invoices in Ariba/SAP from 3-way matching (PO, GR, invoice) to payment, with timely posting.
• Process staff claims by verifying documents and entitlements for timely disbursement.
• Liaise with vendors/requestors to resolve queries and provide timely responses on invoices/payments.
• Prepare AP reports and investigate invoice exceptions, GR/IR, and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure month-end processing and reconciliations per internal policies and SLA.
• Support KPI reporting for processes aligned with SLA/SOW requirements.
