Job summary

TikTok DCC is seeking a Data Understanding Specialist (Thai speaking) to bridge data collection, model development and project success. You will ensure correct application of structure to unstructured Thai content across video, image and text data, supporting world-class ML solutions.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will define clear Thai labelling rules, train labellers, monitor data quality, and manage Thai-speaking stakeholders to keep data delivery on track and transparent throughout

Qualifications

• Thai language fluency required for market & stakeholders.
• Minimum 1 year of data analytics or related experience.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills; interest in AI/ML data annotation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with requestors and labellers.
• Some project management experience and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Define and clarify Thai labelling rules for Thai content.
• Train Thai labellers and simplify rules for efficiency.
• Monitor data quality and identify remediation needs.
• Deliver projects on time and manage Thai-speaking stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and labellers to apply structure to data.
