Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Data Understanding Specialist (Russian speaking) to bridge data collection, model development and project delivery for Russian content across video, image and text data at the DCC. You will define labeling rules, train Russian labellers, monitor data quality, and coordinate with machine learning engineers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality data for model training and evaluation.

Fluency in Russian and English is required, with strong communication and project-management

Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian is required for communication with Russian markets and stakeholders.
