Job summary

Electrolux Group is hiring for an Accounts Receivable role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will handle AR transactions, ensure timely invoicing and cash allocation, and support the migration of AR tasks to the Shared Services Centre in Malaysia.

The role requires 3–5 years in AR or accounting, a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, and fluency in English and Vietnamese with strong communication. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting function
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
• Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural environment

Responsibilities

• Process AR transactions to deliver services according to defined procedures and SLAs
• Monitor AR cycle from invoicing to cash allocation to meet KPIs
• Support migration of AR tasks to Shared Services Centre in Malaysia
• Attend to overdue items and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
• Perform month-end closing and prepare related reports
