Job summary

CBH Engineering Sdn. Bhd. seeks a senior engineering leader to manage electrical testing and commissioning resources, ensuring adherence to technical standards and quality. The role involves governance, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement across projects.

You will review deliverables, approve procedures, and develop training and succession plans while providing strong technical support to field teams in a high voltage environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical (Power) Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical testing.
• Engineering management and strategic planning experience.
• Experience in governance and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical testing & commissioning resources, standards, and engineering quality.
• Review and approve engineering, testing, commissioning deliverables and procedures.

Manage electrical testing & commissioning resources, technical standards and engineering quality.

Review and approve engineering / testing and commissioning deliverables and technical procedures.

Develop engineering competency, training and succession plans.

Provide technical support to testing and commissioning teams.
