Job summary

UNISEM (M) BERHAD is seeking an experienced Test Planning Section Manager / Manager to drive our test planning function and translate customer demand into feasible production plans. The role is based in Malaysia and focuses on aligning capacity with customer priorities.

The incumbent will lead capacity planning, optimize resources and manage a team of test planners to ensure timely and efficient production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in setting test plans and schedules to meet customer demand.
• Ability to lead and develop a test planning team.

Responsibilities

• Lead test capacity planning and production scheduling based on customer demand, priorities and available capacity.
• Plan and optimize test capacity, equipment loading and production resources to support customer requirements.
• Lead, manage and develop a team of test planner(s).
