Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Capacity Planning Analyst to align assembly and test capacity with regional demand projections. You will coordinate planning across regional facilities and drive cycles to remove bottlenecks and meet delivery targets.

You will partner with engineering and management to set loading priorities, evaluate capacity models, and optimize resources using enterprise planning tools and spreadsheets. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of capacity planning or related experience in manufacturing.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and capacity models.
• Experience with enterprise planning applications, statistical tools, and spreadsheets.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital planning requirements and capacity allocations across regional manufacturing facilities.
• Direct monthly capacity forecast cycles to eliminate production bottlenecks and fulfill delivery targets.
• Formulate action plans for testing capacity conversion, cycle time reduction, and equipment roadmap deployments.
• Partner with engineering and business management teams to determine equipment movement and loading priorities.
• Evaluate manufacturing capacity models and device sourcing attributes to optimize resource utilization.
