YOUR ROLE

• Support test manufacturing and ensure product industrialization meeting output, quality compliances and manufacturing standard (OEE, parallelism, output, yield, cycle time and cost) through continuous improvement, spares management and tools/methods improvement.
• To support production setup follow weekly production plan meeting product specification and manufacturing standard. To support urgent setup when there is a special request from customer.
• Monitor and improve machine performance in terms of OEE, output, yield, quality, etc. To ensure good quality of product delivered.
• To ensure good 5S for the manufacturing line.
• To assist manufacturing team on daily issues, such as setup, parallelism, machine, low yield, quality issues, etc.
• To improve and ensure good test setup requirement (FPY) together with test engineers.
• To work with CPM and assist QA on analysis and technical solution for any machine related customer complaint.
• To work closely with product engineering teams on devices related issue.
• To lead and train the line maintenance technicians on the work instruction and one point lesson and monitor the progress of their skill.
• To plan the spare sufficient to support the daily production need.

Your Skills & Experiences

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics engineering.
• Understand basic operating system.
• Able to understand technical drawing.
• Self‑motivated, excellent communication skills.
• Take initiative and is proactive in learning.
• Knowledge in Microsoft office application is a must.
