Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a TSE MOD Test Equipment Engineer to develop, qualify, and improve test hardware, software, and processes across global sites.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Test, Process, and Equipment teams to deploy best known methods, reduce cost, improve yield, and drive continuous improvement while advancing AI-enabled workflows. Open to fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience; strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for complex equipment.
• Good cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, evaluate, solve, and install Test TOR equipment at sites.
• Disseminate Best Known Methods to all TOR sites and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Equipment Maintenance, Process Engineering and vendors.
• Lead and coordinate project tasks and prioritize activities.
• Monitor equipment OEE and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support OS software and software releases for TOR equipment.
• Evaluate NPIs and new technologies to enhance toolsets.
• Provide mentoring to site equipment owners on new projects.
