Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia, invites a Test Equipment Engineer to develop, improve, and qualify equipment, hardware, software, and processes for manufacturing.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Test, Process, Equipment, and cross-functional teams to specify, develop, optimize, integrate, and qualify manufacturing systems, aligning global Best Known Methods and adopting AI-enabled productivity tools where applicable to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates and early-career engineers with up to 2 years of experience welcomed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Test TOR equipment sites, evaluate, solve and install.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies.
• Lead and coordinate priorities to accomplish project tasks; monitor equipment OEE.
• Occasionally travel to support relevant projects/deployment.
