Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field and 2+ years in test engineering or related discipline.
• Experience designing test methods and fixtures for product development and manufacturing.
• Ability to develop clear procedures and ensure repeatable testing results.

Responsibilities

• Test Case Development: design and implement comprehensive test cases and methodologies.
• Diagnostic Testing: create and execute programs identifying performance issues.
• Test Fixtures Design: develop fixtures and equipment to measure product parameters.
• Procedure Development: define test setups and document procedures for standards.
• Resource Planning: plan labor, schedules and equipment for testing activities.
• Troubleshooting: identify and resolve moderately complex technical issues.
• Quality Assurance: maintain testing processes meeting quality standards.
• Qualification Testing: lead qualification efforts for product lines.
• PCB Design: design and oversee PCBs for test setups and evaluation boards.
