Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Test Application Development Engineer to develop test systems and PCBA fixtures for board testing.

You will collaborate with R&D, Operations and Service to define test parameters and automate test sequences for Mainboard/RF PCBA modules, with C, C++, C# and Python skills.

The role involves verifying systems, transferring to production, and coordinating with the test technology team in Germany to integrate tests.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or computer science.
• Programming knowledge in at least one high-level language (C#, Python preferred).
• Knowledge of test/measurement tech for PCBAs desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop test systems and PCBA fixtures for board testing.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations and Service to define T&M requirements, test parameters, concepts and methods.
• Develop automatic test sequences for testing Mainboard/RF PCBA modules; skilled in C, C++ and Python.
• Verify the test systems you have developed and transfer them into production; improve and develop them further. Partner with the test technology team in Germany on test integration.
• Support standards development and create scope for new innovations.
