Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia, Penang, seeks an experienced Analog Product Development Engineer to drive testability and manufacturability for analog and RF ICs.

You will design, validate, and optimize test solutions, collaborate with design teams on DFT features, and help define datasheet specs through rigorous ATE and bench testing.

This on-site role offers the chance to shape production ramp and contribute to Intel's leadership in high-performance analog technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of hands-on analog/RF experience.
• Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in analog/RF development or a PhD with related exposure.
• Experience developing and debugging software for automatic test equipment and analog signal processing.
• Familiarity with design-for-test (DFT) methodologies and production yield optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate testability circuits for analog and RF ICs across feasibility and ramp stages.
• Evaluate, develop, and debug complex test methods for design validation and production testing.
• Design and debug software for test equipment (ATE, scopes, BERTS) used in analog testing.
• Collaborate with design teams to integrate DFT features and improve production testing.
• Perform ATE-to-design validation correlation and debug performance issues.
• Characterize circuits using ATE and bench testing to define datasheet specs.
• Release efficient production test solutions and monitor yield and post-release issues.
• Test and characterize power and thermal performance, including thermal profiling and recipe tuning.
• Provide trimming and calibration for power delivery and thermal sensing circuits.
