Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in Test Engineering/Development with in-depth knowledge of C#, Python or other scripting languages.
• Technical writing skills to communicate and document designs and procedures; excellent verbal & written communication with proven project management.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and proficiency in electrical circuit testing & troubleshooting.
• Experience in Engineering Change Management Process; SPC understanding and application experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, calibrate, and support all manufacturing test fixtures and test processes.
• Validate new test software and fixtures; ensure test procedures and specifications are in place.
• Leverage SAP functions for manufacturing environments.
• Improve product quality through test-first-pass yield and data trend analyses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Suppliers, Supplier Engineering, Pilot Manufacturing, and Design Engineering.
• Present test fixture designs, processes or spec changes at engineering design reviews.
• Define and implement metrics to lead test process improvements.
