Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering; 10+ years in related fields.
• Strong communication skills for teaching, investigation and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment and product transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to develop, implement and maintain test methods and processes.
• Resolve cross-functional technical, quality and production challenges.
• Drive planning and maintenance of manufacturing methods for new/existing products.
• Oversee test fixtures development, calibration, and risk-based testing.
• Transition test activities of new products to Manufacturing; improve quality and reduce cycle time.
