Job summary

FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN BHD seeks a Test Engineer based in Malaysia to support ICT and FCT testing for high technology electronics products. You will troubleshoot, validate products, and contribute to NPI efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar field.
Typically requires 4 years of experience in test engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
Proficiency in ICT/FCT methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed testing of products using ICT and FCT methodologies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot product issues, providing timely feedback for improvements.
Document test results and generate comprehensive reports to track product performance and reliability over time.
Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies, tools, and processes to enhance testing efficiency.
Contribute to NPI activities, ensuring that new products meet performance and quality benchmarks throughout the introduction process.
