Job summary

Flextronics Technology (Penang) Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a Test Engineer specializing in ICT and FCT to join our Test Engineering team at Flex PTP, Johor.

You will conduct detailed testing, troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams, document results, and help shape test strategies for new product introductions (NPI). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar.
• 1–2 years of related high-tech electronics experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ICT/FCT methodologies and product testing.
• Willing to work at PTP, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed testing of products using ICT and FCT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Document test results and generate reports.
• Participate in design and implementation of test strategies.
• Contribute to NPI activities ensuring product meets benchmarks.
